Sometimes I feel that my friends knows me better than my family.

Let's take this as an example - I told my family about how much I dislike my paternal-side relatives.
Yes, I told them. But it didn't helped at all. But I told mostly all of my friends about it.
At least my friends advised me and told me what to do.
At least they know about me.
At least they share their situation with me.
These are really friends.
